My wake-up call was training three years ago with Regenesis Group in the US, pioneers of 30 years work in regeneration. I have brought their care and understanding for how Nature works and how businesses can thrive together with Nature into the work I do now. I am combining all I have learned about leading successful change into projects both in my local City region, with global and local business.

Katharina is a transformation catalyst and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in facilitating global transformation and leadership culture processes across a wide range of industries. 

Katharina supports top teams and whole organisations in making the necessary paradigm shifts to master increasingly complex challenges in a way that ignites yet untapped  potential in the company and its people. She enables leaders to see the underlying dynamics of their system and unleash a developmental movement from within that turns ambitious strategies into an experienced reality. By challenging convention and catalysing mindset change, she creates transformative spaces for leaders to seize emerging opportunities for generative change and innovation. 

Prior to running her own consultancy, Katharina has held senior management positions at Siemens AG, where she led large-scale transformation and culture change processes and established a centre of excellence in post-merger integration. 

Katharina‘s Executive Doctorate in Organisational Change (Ashridge Hult Business School/ UK) has yielded timely insights about our dormant capacities to access emergent intuitive knowing in navigating complex business challenges and to tap into the sources of generative change. 

Katharina is a contemporary nomad, currently lives in Palma de Mallorca and loves to harness the creative power of multicultural environments.
